No Cash refund, in regards to our restaurant policy. Instead, if ever you’ve placed an order on a non-operational hours date and time :

we request customers to schedule another ; date and opening time ; to consume for the amount that has been paid for. Please note that it is your responsibility to

read our policies and refer to our opening hours before ordering. Kerali restaurant cannot be blame or held responsible for any unvigilant on your behalf.

The most suitable solution , we can apply is to request you choose an open hour; to consume for the amount you’ve been paid for.

To be eligible, you must keep your order reference number; sent to your email; order confirmation.
